Home Information Packs - full rollout - 14/12/2007

HIP's go live across the board with effect from today, 14th December 2007. This means that any property which is listed for sale with effect from todays date will need a full Home Information Pack to have been ordered before it can be placed on the market. Supermove are able to assist with the provision of Home Information Packs at a competitive cost of £350 including VAT (based on the property being freehold and registered at Land Registry). Where you also use Supermove for your Conveyancing, we are able to delay payment of the Home Information Pack until completion of your sale.
