Home Information Packs - latest news - 22/11/2007

With effect from 14th December 2007, the government has announced that all properties placed on the market from this date will require a Home Information Pack. Further information on this announcement can be found at the following website: http://www.homeinformationpacks.gov.uk/industry/ Supermove have a number of solutions in place to assist you in obtaining a Home Information Pack, typically costing £350 inclusive of VAT for a Freehold registered property. Where you are in turn using Supermove for your Conveyancing, this fee can be deducted from the sale proceeds. Alternatively, the payment can be funded upfront free of charge with a debit card, or with just a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
