Home Information Packs - latest news - 21/08/2007

Home Information Packs (HIP's) have now gone live and are mandatory for anyone selling a 4 bedroomed or above home. Communities & Local Government have also announced that the rollout will affect 3 bedroom properties and above with effect from 10th September 2007. This means that if you place your property on the market after this date, you will need to commission a HIP before listing your house for sale.
