Latest HIP developments - 17/01/2006

HIP's (Home Information Packs) are on their way. With effect from 1 June 2007, the majority of houses being sold will be required to provide potential purchasers with a Home Information Pack before putting their property up for sale. This is a fundamental shift from the way homes are currently sold in the UK and has implications on everyone involved in the house selling market.
